| US Standard | 3 to 5 business days | Free on orders $40 and up, otherwise $5 |
| US Express | 1 to 2 business days | $12, free for Glow members (and for Dew members on orders over $40) |
| Canada | 5 to 8 business days | $10 flat, free over $75, duties included |
- Orders placed by 2pm PT Monday to Friday ship the same day from our warehouse in Reno, NV.
- We email tracking as soon as your order ships. You can track any order with your order number and email.
- Need to change your address? You have 1 hour after ordering, before it ships.
- Lost or damaged package? Tell us within 14 days of delivery and we will reship it free.
- We ship to the US and Canada only for now.
